Pay it forward story

It feels much better to give than to receive...I can attest to that remark.  Here's my story: a few days ago I found a $600 iPAD2 left in a WINCO grocery cart.  I didn't return it to WINCO because I don't like leaving certain outcomes to "chance".  So I took the iPAD tablet home and did a little detective work.  I managed to find the owner's personal information.  The next day we met at Jack in the Box and I returned her iPAD2 back.  She was so grateful that this grandmother of 2:  blessed me with a $60 reward!  Yea me!
Conclusion:  Karma is reality...so please be kind to others and if someone has been kind to you...be sure to Pay It Forward.  Peace y'all...
Solving the vagrancy problem>>>City Council might consider issuing a Downtown Vagrancy Act 2013 & distribute NO VAGRANCY signs wherever you want to attract more paying customers. The fine would be 1 week at a "labor camp". Every fancy-town needs a shanty-town, am I right? At these "labor camps/shanty-towns": vagrants are paid "a day's work for a day's pay" in a localized currency("Hemp Coin) redeemable for 1 hempcrete block's worth of goods&services. The currency should be issued as redeemable tokens called,"HEMP COIN(HPC)".  Vagrants shall farm & manufacture hempcrete and many other industrial hemp-related products at a Hemp Farm. Govt. shall provide all necessary land&equipment.  Food & Shelter will be provided free for the 1st week. After the fine has been served...vagrants can voluntarily remain to get paid to farm hemp;stay and pay for food&shelter at this "labor camp/shanty-town". I honestly believe this hempcrete coin based economy can put vagrants back to work & so that they can re-contribute positively to society!
